Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data LOSLA Threads (the “App”) uses, why it is needed and how users can control it. The App is operated by LOSLA Agency (“LOSLA”, “we”).

1. Data we use

• connected Threads profile data provided by Meta under permissions granted by the user;
• posts, replies, comments and insight metrics available through Threads API;
• profile settings, roles, content plans, activity history and technical logs stored by the App;
• an anonymous installation identifier, App version and platform, and the names of sections and features used;
• support message text and contact details voluntarily provided by the user.

2. Purposes

Data is used to provide user-selected features: content preparation and publishing, analytics, comment retrieval and reply publishing, settings recovery, diagnostics and support.

3. Storage

Working data is stored locally on the user’s computer by default. Meta authorization is stored in the App’s user directory and used only for Threads API requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Anonymous analytics help us measure installations and feature usage. They do not include post or message text, passwords, tokens, names, or connected-account content. Analytics can be disabled in the “About the app” section.

4. Third parties

To perform requested actions, data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms through Threads API and to the language-model provider selected by the user. Only data required for the specific action is sent. Meta data use is also governed by Meta’s platform terms.

5. Retention and security

Local data remains until the user removes it or deletes the App together with its user directory. Access tokens may expire according to Meta rules. Users are responsible for the security of their device and connected accounts.

6. User rights

Users may disconnect Meta, revoke permissions, delete local data and request removal of support-related data. See the Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Policy when features or platform requirements change. The current version is always published at this URL.
