Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of LOSLA Threads, provided by LOSLA Agency. By installing or using the App, the user accepts these Terms.

1. Purpose

The App assists with content preparation, scheduling, publishing, available analytics and Threads replies. Features depend on the installed version, Meta permissions and third-party service availability.

2. Accounts and permissions

Users connect their own Threads account and grant Meta permissions themselves. Users must have lawful access to the account and content and must comply with Threads, Meta and applicable laws.

3. Automation

Automation cannot guarantee that a platform will not apply restrictions. Users choose the operating mode, review content and remain responsible for published actions.

We recommend beginning with manual approval and reasonable limits. The App must not be used for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful data collection or prohibited content.

4. Artificial intelligence

AI-generated replies and drafts may be inaccurate. Users must review them before publishing and must not treat output as medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Updates and availability

The App may receive updates from LOSLA’s website. We aim to preserve user data during updates, but users should back up important materials. Features may be interrupted by Threads API, Meta, macOS or third-party changes.

6. Intellectual property

The App, design and source code belong to LOSLA and the respective third-party component owners. Users retain rights to their own content.

7. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, LOSLA is not liable for account restrictions, platform decisions, expected profit loss, third-party outages or content approved by the user.

8. Termination and deletion

Users may stop using the App, disconnect Meta and delete data by following the Data Deletion Instructions.
